Bill Carmody III – President

After graduating from Kutztown University with a degree in Electronic Media/Telecommunications, Bill Carmody III served as A/V Manager for First Generation, TechniCom’s sister company. Before becoming President of TechniCom, he served as VP of Production Services at First Generation, managing a vast variety of client needs for A/V projects globally. Currently, as President of TechniCom, Bill oversees all company operations and client relations.

Jerry Deane, CTS
 – Founder

Jerry Deane graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Business Management and began his career in A/V with stints as a disc jockey and nightclub operator. In 1979, Jerry decided to expand his inventory of electronic equipment and began TechniCom Audio & Visual, Inc., specializing in sound systems and installations. After earning his CTS certification more than a decade ago, Jerry maintains his expertise in the Audio/Visual industry through continuing education, staying current with the latest technology trends.

Tim Trego
 – Staging & Events Division Manager

Tim is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a degree in Communications – Broadcast Cable. Prior to joining the team at TechniCom, Tim’s A/V experience ranged from community theaters to large Fortune 500 companies. He has been with TechniCom for over 10 years and has overseen events spanning in size from a group of 15 to more than a thousand!

Keith Wojaczyk, CTS – Rental Division Manager

After graduating from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Specialized Business – Music Video Production, Keith has worked in the Audio/Visual industry for over 10 years, in positions ranging from Hotel A/V Technician to Video Production and Audio Sales. Currently, Keith serves as Rental Manager at TechniCom, and has also been an InfoComm International Certified Technology Specialist since 2004.

John Schoemaker – Equipment Manager

John studied as both a musician and a sound engineer while earning his degree in Music Recording Technology from Lebanon Valley College before being hired as a Technician at TechniCom. In his current position as Equipment Manager, he is always looking for ways to expand his knowledge of the A/V world to stay current with advances in technology, and in 2012, John achieved the InfoComm recognized certification of A/V Technologist.

Mark Piskorski, CTS-I 
– Lead Installation Technician, Project Manager

Mark is a graduate of Mansfield University and holds a degree in Communication – Mass Media and has been in the A/V industry for over 10 years. He has held his CTS certification for over 6 years and has also attained the certification of CTS-I (Installation Specialist). Mark has completed numerous manufacturer trainings, including Extron, Crestron and other InfoComm International courses.

Lisabeth Flynn – Event Account Manager

Lis is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a degree in Media Communications. Prior to serving as Event Account Manager of TechniCom, Lis held the same title at First Generation, TechniCom’s sister company. She spent over 18 years as Rental Manager and Event Coordinator at Visual Sound, a local full-service A/V production company servicing many Fortune 500 companies and organizations with conference facilities. At TechniCom, Lis manages and executes audio/video rentals, staging and live events while maintaining customer support and seeking new business opportunities. She obtained her CTS certification from InfoComm in 2011.

Mike Yorgey, CTS-D 
– Installation Consultant

Mike graduated from Full Sail University with degrees in both Recording Arts and Entertainment Business. After graduation, Mike interned at a well-known recording studio while working as a Technician with TechniCom. Mike progressed from Technician to Systems Designer, and currently serves as an Installation Consultant for TechniCom. Along the way, he has completed many courses and training seminars, including Lutron Advanced Product and Commissioning Training, AMX Programming, Crestron Programming, and various InfoComm courses. Mike was awarded his CTS certification from InfoComm in 2008 and his CTS-D in April 2011.
