TechniCom Audio & Visual, Inc. guarantees all equipment is in good working order at the time it leaves our office. Please check equipment against our work order before signing it to verify all requirements have been met. In case of a malfunction, we will replace the equipment as soon as possible or cancel the rental charge. This is the limit of our liability.
Business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. Beyond the business hours, we are on-call and can be reached by dialing 800.724.8273.
24/7 TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We offer 24/7 technical support on our equipment. Please call 800.724.8273, extension 9.
The minimum rental period is one (1) day. All equipment must be returned by 11:00 AM the next business day to avoid additional costs. A rental period may be extended only with prior arrangement by phone.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
We will deliver and pick up equipment in the cities where we have an office for a minimum charge of $25.00 each way and outside the area for an additional charge based on mileage. Deliveries and pickups after normal business hours and on weekends are subject to an additional charge for the technician’s time.
CUSTOMER PICKUP AND RETURN
To avoid pickup and delivery charges, customers may arrange by phone to pick up and return equipment themselves to our office.
Liability is assumed by the client for damages or loss of equipment operated by persons other than TechniCom Audio & Visual, Inc. employees.
Customers will not be charged for equipment cancelled 24 hours before delivery. Customers may be charged for delivery and/or full rental costs when equipment is cancelled or not used at or after delivery.
We will be happy to provide a customized quotation for your Audio/Visual requirements. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, hourly rates are time and a half, and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, hourly rates are double. Weekends, from 12:00 AM, Saturday, to 7:00 AM, Monday, hourly rates are also doubled.
MULTIPLE DAY DISCOUNTS
Rates are for one-day rentals (delivery/setup day allowed). For rentals longer than two consecutive days, multiply the daily rate by the following factors:
Three Days: 2.0 x Daily Rate
Four Days: 2.5 x Daily Rate
Five Days – One Week: 3.0 x Daily Rate
Two Weeks: 4.0 x Daily Rate
Three Weeks: 5.0 x Daily Rate
One Month: 6.0 x Daily Rate
Two Months: 7.0 x Daily Rate
Longer Rental Periods: CALL
