Bill Carmody III – President

After graduating from Kutztown University with a degree in Electronic Media/Telecommunications, Bill Carmody III served as A/V Manager for First Generation, TechniCom’s sister company. Before becoming President of TechniCom, he served as VP of Production Services at First Generation, managing a vast variety of client needs for A/V projects globally. Currently, as President of TechniCom, Bill oversees all company operations and client relations.

Tim Trego – Staging & Events Division Manager

Tim is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a degree in Communications – Broadcast Cable. Prior to joining the team at TechniCom, Tim’s A/V experience ranged from community theaters to large Fortune 500 companies. He has been with TechniCom for over 10 years and has overseen events spanning in size from a group of 15 to more than a thousand! Tim is truly passionate about his work and always eager to connect with others.

Philip Favale – Director of Integration

Phil is an experienced Audio Video Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the gaming and casinos industry as well as corporate meeting and hospitality event spaces before he came to TechniCom. Skilled in A/V Control Design and Programming, System Design, Network Layout Design Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), LED Displays, and Software installation, Phil has extensive training in the industry. In his time with TechniCom, Phil has helped to develop an Excellence of Service standard that we are proud to stand behind.

Joseph Wagner – Senior Production Specialist

After graduating from the Art Institute of Philadelphia for Animation/ Multimedia Production, Joe got his start in the A/V Industry back in 2005. Since then he has collected a vast knowledge working across multiple disciplines including Construction, Electrical, I.T. Installation, Set Design, Multimedia, Web Design and of course A/V. His passion for creativity and constant learning is accompanied with the thrill of production.
